    Let's go for it.

I posted a couple of things going on in this thread but I doubt anyone would turn out for this that owns a w-body. Would be nice to do the rim of the world cruise in Big Bear with the w-bodies.

I've done the Rim Of The World cruise three years in a row. I used to have a fourth gen TA. That's a long exhausting all day cruise that's far from home. It's kind of a been there done that sorta thing. Just looking for more of a local thing. I just sold my mint stock original 79 TA that I do all the SoCal shows with. Until I find a replacement for the TA, the GP is all I have. I'll still be at the big POCI show in LakeForest in May. Anyway just thought a LA, OC Grand Prix meet in the south bay would be cool, but i see there isn't enough people.
Hey Guz, if you're ever up on a Saturday morning, there is a car show every saturday morning from 7am-9am at starbucks. corner of Hawthorne and Artesia. i usually go like every other week or so. check it out.

I'll check it out. I actually live less than 5 min from there.

Don't give up on the meet just yet. Everyone always says they want to meet and everything just fizzles away.

I have never done the rim of the world cruise. I always say that I am with my 4rth gen camaro but I can never make it. Was thinking it would be nice to have a bunch of w-bodies invade that scene or even the plamdale thing.

For those interested in a track day. I have just learned that there will be a track event a LA invasion if they get enough people interested.

If not then we should still try for that local event somewhere near by.

I just wanted to let you guys know that on Sunday April 22nd there will be an OC meet at Wendy's in Buena Park from 7:00pm - 10:00pm

    The address is
    7570 Orangethorpe Avenue
    Buena Park, CA 90621-3429

Any car is more than welcome so if you can make it send me a pm or post on the thread that you want to be added. Also include what car you will bring so that people can see what's going to be there.

As of right now we have just a little over 15 cars going after just a day of posting it. I will update this thread and start a list once the ball gets rolling.

yep. it was awesome as usual. this is the first year that i didn't have a classic pontiac in the show. they let me park the GPGT in the show though, so that was cool. but by next year i'll have another classic pontiac to put in the show. i just wanna enjoy my 68 eldorado for a little longer before i sell it to buy my next classic pontiac. i will keep my daily driver, my GPGT, i love it.
