I have got an 04 gtp and went got my tune and put down 250whp on a mustang dyno but my car maxed out my injectors...
Im going to probably go to e85 if I get bigger injectors what's the size injectors I would need do you think? 42.5? Or 60 to make sure?
And biggest size fuel pump? Where's the best place you guys recommend to buy this stuff? Zzp? What exactly would I need? Fuel pump reside kit? O rings? Adapters?

Not sure on the pump since you guys have a returnless fuel system...I wouldn't however use 42.5's on E85 since you are maxing the stockers out on pump gas...but 250WHP seems low to be maxing stockers to me.

    I'd get at least 60's.

80's if you are going balls to the wall on a build.

Yeah it doesn't make sense to me either but given i guess my injectors are only 31.5 stock... and on a diff dyno it would be making...about 270 on the mustang dyno it made 255 on a diff dyno roughly 268 is what the guy tuning my car said...335 crank hp. but still didn't think i was gonna max out the injectors...so now i'm gonna go with a higher pump and rewire kit and 60lbs injectors i think...but i guess we will see what happens in the future...i'm also kinda worried about how my transmission will hold on e85...

Instead of playing the guessing game why not actually do the math and figure it out?

There's no chance you need new injectors... I'd check fuel pressure as you might have a failing pump.
For e85 I'd go 60s just to have headroom for the future... but at this point you have other issues.

IPW's are different to tell if you're running out of injectors on 04+ returnless systems vs. 97-03 systems.

    Who tuned your car? lol
There's a lot of "tuners" and "shops" with Mustang dynos who would rather tune their dyno than tune your car.
Dump fuel to drown knock and then tune the dyno for more power!

Shouldn't max injectors on an 04 until somewhere in the 3.0-3.2 range, if I recall. I would guess the tune is bad.
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.
