An ice storm hit and I hit a curb and my steering wheel is crooked bit it still drives straight. How can I fix that? Is the rack and pinion pushed over?

    Could be a few things.

It may have bent an inner tie rod, bent the control arm or somehow it whack it out of alignment without bending any parts.

I'd inspect the steering and suspension first, then take it for an alignment.

depending on how hard you hit the lower control are could be bent.

jack it up, take the wheel off and look things over.

Okay so the lower control arm looks completely fine, Ill upload some pictures later this week when I get time to actually work on her, But when the wheel is striaght the left wheel is turned to the left just a bit, so ill adjust that too. But something is loose and im pretty sure it might be the Outer tie rod, I believe it's supposed to be at 28 pounds, it doesn't even look tight at all, it looks like somone screwed the crown on just enough to let the codder pin go through and that's it.
