Hello, I have a 2007 grand prix and I am changing the outer tie rod end. the tie rod I took off did not have a washer under the nut, but the Moog replacement tie rod has a washer, do I use the washer? Thank you.

You can as long as the torque on the nut is correct and you can still get the cotter pin through it.
