Hey guys, i was gonna pull my stock SC pulley and install MPS tmrw but i ran into the problem of not knowing what puller/installer to use. i would like to install the part tmrw to weed out people saying 'get the zzp one'. so what kind of installer can i rent from autozone or advance to do the swap? any feedback is great

None. You need the supercharger pulley puller. No local store will carry them

nothing else works. dont try you'll f up the stock pulley, and the new ones not going on either.

best to try to rent one from some one here. saw a thread the other day guy rented his out. maybe you can piggy back that rental and get it shipped to you next.

A few people on here rent them out, ITHURTZ does for example.

Not sure if they would feel comfortable renting it out to you due to your low post count.

A user on here makes them that you could buy, then you can sell it when youre done with it.

heres a vid how the puller works. i think he links it to the next vid to install the new one.

dont use a air gun, do it by hand with a wrench and a socket.

chances are he wont have this puller unless hes a performance shop. and even then he may not have the one you need.

although he is a mechanic, he also is a race shop lol he builds cars to race at the local tracks, so he might have the right puller lol

Maybe check with user Mguzzo on here. I can't promise anything since it's not mine but it's worth a shot.
