Which one would you guys recommend for quality? I live in california so i thought the 3800 performance DP would be more smoggable due to the quality of the catalytic converter. Also 3" or stock 2.5"?

3" zzp, can't comment on the smog part as I don't have that crap where I live, but they are high quality and will last forever.

I have a 3" catted ZZP downpipe. I bought it used and have put 40k on it. It's been great. The highest quality piece of my exhaust.

For the price of the 3800 performance downpipe you could almost buy a set of Speed Daddys and a Cali compliant cat.
And as far as the cat goes I would e-mail ZZP and see what they have to say.

ZZP DP here. Great quality and superior welds. Can't say anything about the cat because I chose to go catless.

What is the 3" exit flange? Any reason to select that option?

    For 3" exhaust setups.

    It really isn't needed.

The high flow cat should be CARB EO compliant.

Otherwise, get the catless one...install it...and have a shop put a generic California acceptable converter in it...or buy a set of SLP headers with the high flow cat. Those will work.

OR, you could move. Because Cali emissions is dumb just like most anything else in Commifornia
