1998 Pontiac Grand Prix SE with 170k miles. It has had a bit of a sticky ignition for some time which is getting worse. I sometimes wonder if I will be able to even turn the key to start the car. I figure it is simply worn out and needs to be replaced, but like confirmation before I go tearing it apart.

Any ideas or comments? Also, if it does need to be replaced, any concerns or things to watch out for when replacing the ignition?

    Thanks.
