Re: Air Conditioning Does Not Work After Replaced Compressor??
try flushing the heater core, maybe its burping air. then your heat gets hot or colder.

The coolant was flushed just a couple months ago, wouldn't that include flushing the heater core?
Re: Air Conditioning Does Not Work After Replaced Compressor??
not if its got air in it already.
take both heater hoses off the alt bracket, then put a garden hose to one hose and flush it. put the hoses back on as full as you can keep em.
my heat was seeming a bit week unless i had just floored it, so today i took one hose off and put a funnel in the hose and poured coolant into, i got no hose to use this time of year. it took a few cups, then it started to push out the alt bracket where i removed the hose, so i guess its full now? not sure but the heat felt better.

So that should help my heat be more than warm, but it shouldn't affect my AC should it?

if the heats weak a core flush always comes to mind. if you hear water sloshing around when you brake or turn, theres air in there for sure.
