It kinda all depends on how much you want to spend. I have heard a few that like the SSAutochrome. The ZZP's are good, but are a pain to get them not to leak. But then, if you have money just sitting there, you have the SLP headers. I haven't bought any myself. Still reading around to see what's the best I can get for a good price that is not going to break the bank. There are a few on here that I am sure will chime in that are running or have ran the ZZP's that can give a little more insight on them.

x2 on what bio said. And I am planning to get headers just doing some searching and pricing out so I don't shell out for something that I could have gotten for 400$ cheaper

S&S are nice indeed. With the price of headers nowadays, there affordable to anyone with any kinda budget. Why people buy P-logs and PEMs, i'll never know...

I can tell you why it's because they are poor and still want performance. I have pem's because I can't afford headers. Bills take priority first.

id spend the extra $300 or so dollars it is going to cost to get headers. even so, if you get cheap headers you can almost get them for the same amount you would with a plog/ported rear/downpipe since it is more things to buy.

Exactly!! Thats why I said and still stand behind my belief. Its different if you're doing DIY PEMs but actully buying them or p-logs is a waste, unless you're going turbo. With the price of headers nowadays, why buy 2 or 3 less efficent pieces that you'll out grow? Makes no sense. Even if you plan on a mild setup, headers will still be better no matter the situation.

Comparing prices wise between p-log/DP verses a set of Ebay headers, the price is damn close. If you can afford p-log/DP, you can definately afford headers, and pay your bills too...

I ported mine myself so I didn't pay for them. I don't plan on buying a plog and never will. If i do anything i'll just buy headers. But, as I said earlier Bills still come first oh yeah and a wife that complains about you buying car parts is a huge factor too.
