    am i gonna see a huge difference off getting a whole DP vs. just doing the ubend delete because the ubend delete is way cheaper....

    HUGE difference.

    the downpipe is the most restrictive component on the system short of the u-bend.

    x2 get the downpipe or save for headers. I have a 3" down pipe right now.

    Downpipe. It may end up costing you almost the same if you have to pay someone to weld it all up for you.Depending on how much they charge.
