I have replaced the front exhaust manifold three times and noticed it is cracked again after only a few months. I checked the exhaust ports on the head with a straight edge to see if it is warped but it looks straight. Any ideas on why this keeps cracking?

I have seen several threads on cracked manifolds lately, I think it's a common problem with the manifolds themselves.

Wife's car. Motor's just limping along for now. No sense in throwing money at headers. Been using Dorman manifold, they warranty it out but maybe time to try new manufacturer. Any recommendations?

Honestly the one time I had a cracked (Series I) manifold, I hit up a JY. Cheap and easy.

I've never come across a cracked SII manifold. Seems very odd. Are the splash shields in the wheel wells? Being a wifes car.. she likely takes every cold puddle straight on... lol
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Splash shields are in place. However the front spoiler was eaten by a curb and is missing. Its possible that water could splash up on to the front of the engine. I have not seen any evidence of water on it to wash all the dust off. I attribute it to either cheap castings from after market suppliers or binding in the exhaust crossover not allowing the manifold to expand. IDK, tired of replacing it and the smell of exhaust in the cabin.

    I'd try another brand.

I love dorman parts but I guess some things just won't hold up. We've used dorman manifolds on many GM trucks in the past at my work but havent had any comebacks for those yet.

I have my OEM front & rear manifolds for sale as well. $10 each whichever one you want but you'll pay shipping and paypal fees. I might be able to do 2 day priority shipping which is $13. PM if you are interested.
