I have a Meziere's EWP on my Monte Carlo and am having problems with it overheating after the car has run for 3-4 minutes.
I replaced the radiator because I thought I could hear the water pump running, but first start up after replacing the radiator and bleeding the cooling system it's already overheating.
For those of you with a Meziere's EWP, how loud is yours with the key on/engine off/water pump running?

only way i see it over heating from ice cold to over heating in 3 to 4 minutes is if theres no coolant in the block.

if you take the t stat housing off remove the t stat, then put the housing back on and remove the hose from the rad, then turn the pump on, out the upper hose will flow coolant out it if the pump is working.

We filled the block through the t-stat housing after the radiator was installed/filled.
We also tested the t-stat and it is working great (also have extra holes drilled around the edge).
It was probably more than 3-4 mins but it started overheating while we were trying to bleed the system.
As soon as the temp guage starts moving it keeps on going until we shut the engine off.

is the pump pumping tho? it might be super weak if you cant hear it as loud as you used to.

You sure the temp sensor isn't bad or the wiring going to it?

Turns out there was a weak contact inside the pump -sending the pump back to Meziere's to get warrantied out.
    Thanks for the input guys.
