looks like both o2 went bad, or the wires got messed up on the headers or something.

o2 is brand new. Wires are routed away from headers.

what brand o2? what kind of extension did you use/make?

AC declo o2 from rock auto. extension was zzp's extension and then a little bit of a homemade one with soldered wire.

I'll try and throw a new sensor in the rear. We really torched that one when trying to get it out
