What is your pcm programmed for? 200 degrees isn't hot.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

you could still have an air pocket under the T stat.

let it sit and the T stat should open

You are right it isnt but it shouldnt climb that high in 10 mins 20 mins it might be close to overheating.. plus my fans arent working so my motor doesnt have a way to cool itself..running and bill my pcm is a stock pcm programming

I'll burb the system while the engine running and bleed and watch the for bubbles

Ok, your pcm has stock settings which typically have low speed fans come on at 218F and high speed at 228F.

Help me understand why you think the fans should come on at 200F? That's how I read your post. Did I miss something?

If your temperature didn't warm up to the thermostat temperature in 10 min, you would get a code for coolant not reaching temp fast enough. The only thing I have found that heats up a motor fast is air in the system and or a problem with a water pump.

Really not seeing the problem in what you have said....

I just thought it was odd for the motor to heat quickly in so little time didnt know my fans turned on at that level so thats news to me i just need to bleed/ burb the system then... thermostat is 180*

Doesn't matter what the thermo is.. pcm has settings.

BTW it is Burp, burb is short for suburbs. Burp is to belch, blow gas from the mouth.
