Does anyone know the O-ring size for the lower intake manifold to supercharger.... its for the coolant passages. The lower intake gasket kit i got doesnt come with them for whatever reason or a supercharger gasket. I cant match them because i ripped them off thinking they were in the kit.

Buy the supercharger gasket and they come with them. You need a new S/C gasket anyway, it's really not worth re-usig the old one when they only cost 10 bucks for a gen 3 sytle gasket.

some kits come with some o rings, not all of them. the "upper plenum gasket" aka supercharger gasket is like 11 bucks on its own. the lower injector o rings cost like 6 bucks. all local parts store prices.

and with a new sharp razor, cut the old O rings to get them off. oil up the new o ring good and roll it on. then re oil them all right before installing them back on the engine.

if your going that far and still have plastic lim gaskets, for 40 bucks more and 12 more bolts, why not do the lim too.

i got mine off rockauto added a 5% off code and that made shipping free. came out to like 41 bucks.

little secret, i did my lim job for under a 100 in parts and fluids. smart shopping goes a long way.
