Thread: Can I put a 02 3100 SE engine and tranny in a 97 gt body?

I bought a 97 gt and the engine died after a day. So now I need to replace it. I found a 02 SE with a good motor but the body is crap. Can I put the 3100 in the GT body without too much trouble? Please say yes.

x2^ the 03 se would have a 4t65e so you would also need tranny lines, cvs, engine harness, and a dif pcm likely from a 2000-01 lumina(havent messed with pk3 systems much so i dont kno if you can use an 02 pcm)
