Have you checked your cabin air filter?

cabin filter is located under the pass side cowl. it covers the hole where you can see the fan from the cowl area.

if you dont have one in place there maybe dust, or even a mouse nest or was a nest. and its being blown out the vents.

Yea what scottydoggs said. It sounds like you don't have one if it's blowing all that stuff in from the outside. It's a cheap easy fix too.

or inside the hvac box its self, the nest could be on the cold side of the door, open the cold side and the nest could be flying out.

does the air smell bad too?
