    I got a friend with a 99 gtp and he just put new rotors and pads on the front and back of the car. He wrecked a week later and the car will be totaled out. I was wondering if the front or back is the same as my 05 gtp. Cause I would like to swap them before the insurance takes his car.
    05 gtp- k&n open cone, intense tune, cat delete
    99 gtp- sold
    97 chevy 2500 diesel- heath turbo master, custom cai, 4" straight exhaust
    70 chevy c10- 6.0 swapped, still a project

    the fronts are the same, the backs are not. " but " you can still use them. iirc you'll need his whole rear knuckle and maybe his brake cables for the e brake.

    im sure if he took the rotor caliper and pads it would all fit fine.

    i know Billbosst has the 04+ rear calipers and such on his regal. that came with the 97-03 gp rear set up.

    He'd have to swap everything. Not really worth it. Fronts on 97-03 are smaller and a down grade

    @pontiacgtp123

    Just forget his brakes. If you want brakes, make an effort for the F-Body upgrade

    buy these babys. they are the right price too. all you need are rotors pads and longer brake lines or ss lines.
