Yeah when I did my header install ,I just went at the bolts with a breaker bar to break em loose and then took an air ratchet to take em off. I just cut the crossover ones because im lazy, and I just cut the egr out again because I am lazy. Same with the DP bolts and Cat back bolts. Rusty bolts make me use a grinder and just spend the dollar or two on new ones.

Quick question.. What is the size of the bold that connects the cross-over pipe the the em? Also, what is the torque spec for the exhaust manifold studs/nuts, and the cross-over pipe?

    10mm and a 13mm I think.

Torque spec is tight, very snug.

Both times I installed headers only bolts I broke were the bolts on the crossover, and I just used a standard 3/8 drive ratchet to take out the manifold bolts. And both times I reused the bolts.

There's no 10mm in what you are going at..
    Crossovers are 13mm
    Exhaust bolts are 13mm
The bolts/nuts that hold on the engine lift bracket are 13mm
Plugs.. those are the smaller plug socket. (yeah..that's right, I don't know the size..lol)

In the amount of time I've typed to this thread..I could have done the job.

Sorry.. IDK the torque spec, there is a thread for that though. I go tight.. but not bolt snapping tight.
