I was trying to clean my chassis ground and acidently nicked the pos on battery for a sec and all the relays went crazy. Disconnected it and now when re connected a relay is clicking slowly and theyres a noise near throttle body. Im guesing I took out the pcm and am so pissed. Where do I start to diagnose. What would this take out? Its a 99 gtp

Does it still crank over and start?

I've touched the positive termial to the body before and nothing happened but a spark, though I didnt have the key in the ignition.
