    Rear cover gasket aswell.

Trans pan gasket is original is metal, clean it real good and re-use it.

LIM: If you already have metal LIM's, flip the motor over and the lifters will clear the cam. No need to pull the LIM if you already have a good gasket.
HG: I wouldn't usually suggest these, our HG's are typically not a problem. If you decide to push forward, I'd recommend ARP head stud kit.
Oil Pan/Timing cover and rear engine gasket: hopefully you noticed the lower conversion gasket set is cheaper than all these combined.
Valve cover: ensure you have grommets.
Exhaust gaskets, I dislike new exhaust gaskets that are not MLS SS like the factory ones. Usually a cleaning works perfectly on the stockers. Cleaning the lead based aftermarket gasket off if you ever pull an engine is a pain.
Trans gasket, like Cam said, it's considered lifetime as long as it's in good shape. Might consider the axle seals though.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
