    Is it the same thing? Or does the pellet actually change what the IAT is reading?

    It works with the zzp pcm, when the pcm sees the "race pellet" is plugged in it adds 4* of timing.

    But it also says you must run 100+ octane fuel.

    Just out of the blue adding 4 degree's of timing is stupid, someone could go from 16-17 to 20-21 in the snap of the finger and that just about as fast a piston chips and goodbye motor.

    Same deal but no check engine light with the resistor.

    It wont bomb a basic setup but it will make race gas work. knock sensors USUALLY work ok and they work better when the timing is jacked up 4 across all flow.
