    Looking for the total weight savings associated with removing the entire AC system (maybe minus the condensor since that will be a #*$%@ to remove).

    Compressor, lines, etc.

    Not worth it unless trying to get that last .10 sec. @ the track... But then it has to be removed along with anything unessential... AC, EVAP, Interior, Door panels, Battery relocate to trunk, stereo, speakers, all out... alum. Subframe, etc., etc., etc...

    In that case, then just get a smaller race chassis with a V8 and make special brackets to attach the GP body to the frame, lolz... But then don't stop there, go Carbon Fiber for the body and frame along with Alum block, heads and more... : )
