I just recently purchased a 2008 Grand Prix from Wisconsin. The car only had 64k and driving it from Wisconsin to Iowa took 6 hours and was a breeze. After a week of driving i changed oil and put in a new air filter. Just as i was driving the car out of the shop my check engine light came out, resulting in the Po411 code. The Po411 code stands for Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow Detected. To my understanding the pump could be bad (highly unlikely), a valve is plugged, or a relay is shot. The relays are fine after checking them.
Any advice on approaching this? I am currently in college so working on the car myself isnt really a possibility. Will there be any side effects if i drive on it as is? Google has been absolutely no help, and all i can think of is running it to a GM dealer... but id rather not pay those hefty prices.
Any information helps, Thanks in advance.
