Mysterious dinging!?!?!

I have a 99 GTP. lately everytime i go over a bigger then normal bump or depression in the road, i hear the three dings that sound whenever your low on gas or the door opens etc. no lights on the dash come up or anything. the only light on the dash is the abs but its been on for a while. The dinging is getting more and more sensitive. Any ideas?
