    Do the smaller/aftermarket pulleys have the size stamped on them? I might be buying a GTP but the current owner can't remember what size pulley he put on.

    Some vendors have it etched into the side of the pulley, some don't.

    Some do (like ZZP and Intense)
    Some don't (ZZP's on ebay, WBS)
    To measure,
    You'd be most accurate with a vernier caliper (as long as it's a MPS style pulley)

    Yup bust out the tap measure or caliper and confirm for yourself.
