I have my Daily driver 99 GT and i think the BCM is bad, or part of it is bad. Where I live we have had a ton of moisture in the air because we had like a foot of snow, then two days in the 60's while it poored rain so everything is flooded and damp. Yesterday after I got home from work my parking lights and fog lights stayed on after i shut down the car and the headlight switch was off. I was messing around with it for a while and they began working again. I had the car running with the lights on and radio playing while a was cleaning a few things out of the trunk and i could hear my radio ramdomly cutting out for a second. I get back in the car and i notice my DIC, dual digital climate control and radio has reset itself. Odd, but ok what ever. Park the car infront of the house and 10 in later my alarm is going off, so I shut it off and relock the car with the keyfob, 5 minuets later the alarm is going off again but the keyfob dosent work. I had to go out to the car and put the key in the cylinder and unlock the car to get the alarm to stop. Now I am pissed and just left the car as is for the night. This moring I get in the car for work, start it up, and the DIC, climate control and radio are on for maybe 5 seconds then shut off, then I also realise my keyless entry does not work. So, the lights are working normaly again, but I lost my radio, climate control, DIC and keyless entry. Tonight i just tested the ignition wires under the dash with a mutli meter and they are working properly so I am guess the ignition switch is still good. I tested every fuse in the car and they were all ok. Sounds like a BCM to me, what do u think?

It turned out to be something in the RADIO BATT circuit. The fuse is good like I said before and I think there is a bad wire between the fuse box and the dash. I took almost the whole dash apart and pulled the underhood fuse box to find nothing wrong. I made a new circut and everything is working again. BTW I swaped batteries with my GTX before i started ripping the dash out and it made no difference.

possible that there was a rubbed through spot on the RADIO BATT circuit, and moisture/condensation was enough to complete a short to something under the dash...
