You did remove the trans dipstick right? Once you do that it'll give you a bit more space to slip the crossover in the rear, you have to turn it back and forth to get in there then once you do your a mallet to tap it in to make sure it's in there then attach the front and use the mallet again to make sure it's in there.

Post pictures first I bet your crossover is fine, don't be quick to blame it on being faulty.

last set i installed i had to pry the crossover over to get it lined up with the front manifold.

My problem is very similar to this:

Hopefully i can get a exhaust shop to fab me a new cross over, if not im buying another brand of headers

Got them in. Had a exhaust shop help me with the crossover. oh well.

He said he did some cutting and a little bending. Don't know exactly, though, I wasn't there. had to go to class. :p
