Hey yall, finally got the wire and sensor to hook up the gauge, but, I have no instructions.

One set of wires has a red (power) black (I'm thinking ground) and a blue and white wire (not sure what they're for.

    Anyone know?

Red is power and black is ground, the white and blue wires would be for outputs. Like on a tuner and such.

That "thing" is the 02 sensor and goes into the exhaust. If you were tuning (Im going to go out on a limb and say youre not) you COULD remove the factory one and run open loop. But, I personally think its a little close (there are various opinions on the "perfect" mounting spot). If you are running a CAT, you need to have someone weld the bung (included in the kit) in front of it. If no CAT, just remove the rear factory 02 and plug it in there, no welding required.

Installation instructions give the optimal placement for proper readings. Best way is to add a bung. To install wiring there's a grommet on passenger side at foot location, pull carpet back and you'll see it. Please use the search, there's lots n lots of write ups on this...

You have headers? Also, if you don't have the ability to tune, removing the O2 sensor (either one) will cause issues.

I guess I'm going to have to wait until the new exhaust system gets here. I have a complete (including the Cat) coming from another forum member.

not at all, it can just be a waste of time if you dont have a tuner or anyone tuning it for you is all... I guess what Im saying is, dont make it a huge priority to install at this point.

    Ah. Ok. I got it.
Car has a 3 gauge pod and the boost and AeroForce are now working properly.

Fond that grommet, but, I don't think I'm gonna able to get this wiring through it.

You'll be able to. I've got my AEM wideband, boost gauge, 4ga power wire and a couple other little things going through. Just make sure to feed the smallest end of whatever you need to put through.

I sure hope you're right, but, there's a BIG bundle of wires going though there already.........

I kinda just poked a small hole in the side if the grommet from the bottom and feed the wires through. Worked for me and it still won't let anything in the cabin.

That's not the right grommet then. From inside the car it's up even higher, and slightly closer to the driver's side. You just have to pull the carpet down a little bit, and reach your arm up under the rubber padding, there's a stiff cable going through there (think it's the hood release, but I can't be sure)

It's got a round rubber plug that you can either pop out of place, or you can puncture to feed a wire through (I used the prior option)

There is a floor gromment on the passenger side, that has a huge harness going through it to the under hood fuse box/battery location. I use that one because it's near the exhaust.
