I was doing some work on my car and had pulled the air bag fuse and I noticed the HVAC CTRL fuse is missing shown on the sticker (and in the service manual), and it appears only one side has a contact. I'm not sure if this was a last minute change that isn't documented or the previous owner broken something and is bypassing it? My HVAC controls are working fine - there is a DIC/HVAC fuse right next to it. This is in a 99 GTP with digital controls.

You would be surprised how often there are remnants like this for features that could have been in your wiring harness. I have several half filled fuse slots. I wouldent worry too much about it.
