I've had this problem for awhile, it seems my passenger front tire is rubbing against something when I make a hard left turn. I recently got new tires and it still makes this noise so I'm thinking it's in the suspension somewhere. Any help would be appreciated.

look for rub marks in the fender well and on the tire.

Best guess would be your inner fender may be loose. Do what scotty said and check for rub marks

Check the splash shield that cover the balancer and A/C pulley. Likely the bottom edge of it is not tucked up on top of the control arm.
