Now that you put it back together, do you have spark atleast?

I had spark before and still do now. It almost seems like the brand new balancer is popping in and out like the old one did and I have double and triple checked to make sure that bolt is good and tight.
Could there be something wrong with the crank to make it do this?
No, because as long you lined the keyway up in the balancer and bolted it down, the balancer can't move in and out.
Have you check the IGN fuses or anything related to the fuel pump?
Tried unplugging the MAF and then starting it?
Just got under the car and when you try to tighten bolt with breaker bar the flexplate doesn't turn with it. When you try to loosen the bolt it does but not when you try to tighten it.
Just tried firing it up again and that pulley is wobling or bouncing in an out again. Can't try getting bolt any tighter cuz the pulley is moving and the flexplate isn't
Something needs to be done with that. (I've never changed or removed the hb) The bolt go into the crankshaft right? If so the flexplate will turn too. If not you have a lot further to go on tightening. Are the threads clean?
So did you try pit some vice crips on the flexplate then tightening the bolt
That worked for takin it off but trying to tighten it the pulley is turning and the flexplate isn't. Even without vicegrips and turning the pulley the flexplate doesn't move
Keyway issues?
are the torque converter bolts tights? the fly wheel should turn with the crank bolt and balancer. maybe shine a light up there make sure the flex plates not blown up or something.
dont know why really, its odd tho, when the crank bolt is tight, if its turned either way the flex plate should turn with it. turning it towards the bumper should make it tighter so if thats forward its real odd.
then again, broken flex plate can also make a sound like what you had. at idle, then it goes away with some gas.
Just a tip: most compressors now come with oil already in them. Ck before you put any in it. You should replace the dryer and exspansion valve as well any time you open a system up. If you have access to a vaccum pump or can rent one you can do the whole thing yourself. It's simple to do,I replaced the compressor on my FrieghtLiner.
An engine with a bad flex will typically start no problem.
Do you have or can rent a compression gauge? I have an idea and you don't want to hear it. The crank is held in way to well for the HB to be moving in and out. The HB is pulled onto the crank and when the bolt is tightened, there should be no way for it to move. There should also be no way that the balancer can be turned by the bolt and the flex can not move unless either A) The flex is bad which would typically give you issues both ways, not one or B) the crank is broken. While uncommon...it's metal and it can happen.
If you check compression on all 6 cylinders and it's missing on some, and not all... likely it's a broken crank.
