Can this happen with loose battery cable? Dash lights flicker with no key in ignition? Thanks

this is what my scanner says

P2535, Ignition 1 switch circuit high voltage. Dtc sets when the ignition 1 voltage signal is higher than normal for more the 7 seconds.

Check for a poor connection at the PCM and BCM.
    Disconnect the ignition 1 relay.
Check the ignition 1 voltage circuit between the PCM and the ignition 1 relay for a short to voltage.
Check the ignition 1 voltage between the BCM and the ignition 1 relay for a sort to voltage.

If all the circuits are ok then suspect either the PCM, BCM or the ignition 1 relay.

    good luck
