    Just cutting off the stock flex and welding on a new one is a easy and quick job. Modifying the bend isn't so much....OP may not want to go through all that. Especially if he keeps the stock height it shouldn't be a issue.

    When I first installed mine I thought hey the bend isn't so bad ill just deal with it. Had the car at the shop and when I was leaving just to go 5 mins up the road it constantly scrapped. I hated myself for not just spending the money prior and modifying it but at the time I was impatient and didn't have the extra money to spare. Now Its pulled it off and have it sitting in the garage and when I get the time I'll modify it. The cars not my DD atm so time isn't a problem.
