First up its the po171 code. I believe that is the lean code. So right now I'm hunting down vacuum leaks. Any ideas?

Next is the po306 cylinder six code.

Little background, these codes popped up after reinstalling my Supercharger after painting it.

At first the car was missing horribly so I peeked around and pushed the injector above cylinder down more and the misfiring stopped.

After that It drove fine. Still drives fine. The code pops up every so often. I think when I go wot the code appears.

Ok just scanned N got history misfires on cylinder 2 4 and 6.

Cylinder two has like 12 misfires
Cylinder four has like 144 misfires
And cylinder 6 has a whopping 1635 misfires.

Any idea As to what is going on?

Also I moved my wires from on top of the charger for a cleaner look and reinstalled them at the coils. Maybe I didn't install them the right way?

    Any help is appreciated!

I'd start at the "T" under the snout and go from there. Def. sounds like a vac leak for the lean code.

I'd double check the firing order and your wires too. It happens all too often, even when you swear you got them on the right cylinders.

IMHO if you are getting a lean code.... running WOT is just plain stupid and monitoring it with Torque. I would track down why number 4 and 6 are misfiring. As you are getting misfires on cylinder 2,4, and 6 which are all on the same bank... makes me think fuel rail. I would suggest pulling your fuel rail off, check all the o-rings, and try reseating it. The fuel rail might have got slightly bent that is un-noticeable, but very likely. As the misfires seems to increase from left to right, my guess is the rear right of the rail is still way off.

    And smile it's Blacktooth Grin!

Actually never go wot in my Car, had to do it today to avoid some idiots. Seems logical though. Might try that tomorrow. What's the easiest way to reseat them? I had quite the time getting them to reseat.

    Update.

Thinking back I noticed that cylinder six injector had a circular disk plate on it. While cleaning it I kinda broke it lol. So could that be the issue?

Those little disc plate things are just they to hold the o-ring in place, they arent even needed as the o-ring sits in a "indent" on the injectors and wont fall off.

I say either the gasket you got was junk or something wasnt super clean, or the injectors arent fully seated or you broke a vacuum line,

Yeah you can, but you might not notice a change in rpms.

You'd notice a change in short term fuel trims though if you had a scanner to watch them. Or if you had a smoke/fog machine to run through the vacuum lines.

Well I have my torque app, it shows the long term and short term fuel trims. Could I use that?

    Update!

Injectors weren't seated correctly and the tee under the snout was cracked.

    All is well now
