I can't get this code to go away.

    I've replaced:
    - Fuel pump (blown after 3 weeks of owning the car. I have checked and it's sealed properly. I used the rubber gasket and all that)
    - EVAP canister
    - Purge Valve
and now the gas cap, which didn't do anything.

All AC Delco parts, bought off either amazon or at a GM parts center. I got it "smoke tested" when the code first came up, and they didn't find any leaks. I'm completely lost as to where to look now. The dealership I bought it from a few months ago is of absolutely no help in finding it, and wanted to charge me nearly $400 to replace the EVAP canister, which is a joke.

I did notice that when replacing the purge valve on the engine, the vacuum line doesn't really "snap on", it just kind of slides on.. is this how they are supposed to be connected? I feel like that would be faulty, just by looking at it and assuming it would be pulling vacuum. Could it be the EGR valve? Or would that throw a different code? It looks pretty ****ty right now, definitely seen some miles.

All of the searching I've done has basically lead to the same answers. Replace gas cap, replace purge valve, then canister.. etc. I've done all of that, sadly.

    Thanks in advance
