We lost one of our car keys and none of the walmarts or locksmiths around here have the pk3 keys. I saw a two pack of blanks for $11 or so but idk if I trust them.
I don't want to go to the dealer because they're like $75. Anybody have any ideas?

I work at a hardware store and cut 5 to 40 keys a day. I've had very good luck with making copies of GM cars compared to others. Any Do It Best store should be able to do it for under $3. The ones I've done always work in both the door and ignition, not even PK3's.
Yeah I bought a PK3 key on ebay and took it to the local hardware store. Guy cut it for me, I asked him what I owed him, he told me not to worry about it.
i got a key off ebay as well, ( cost 10 bucks) the local hardware store charged me a buck to cut it.
theres a learn procedure for a new key for most cars, look that up if the site you buy from does not offer them.
VIN number to local dealership will work as well
Key learn is easy, you stick in a key that works turn the ignition to on then turn it off then put in the new key and turn it to on then turn it off. IIRC thats about it.
Amazon, has keys for cheap and then hardware store like said. Lucky you have 1 key, Just put working key in ignition turn to the on position without cranking, wait till security light stops flashing (2-5 seconds) turn off remove key. Put new key in within 15 seconds turn to the on position, wait for security light to turn off, about same time and it is done. If you have no keys like i did, you have to pay the man
