Cars been running fine 97 gt 323,000 today coming off a stop sign at normal speed no jack rabbit it just bogged then dies cranks but wont turn over, sounds strong but no start. Now the last few days I can hear the door relays going on and off when I am in park or idle not sure if there is a connection. oil, trans fluid fine everything else seems normal about a month ago the heater blower shorted out. Stuck 50 miles from home car towed to shop. any ideas ICM maybe?

    Thanks

you need to check for spark and fuel. one or the other is failing for one reason or another.

Door relays etc clicking.. leads me to think you should also check grounds.

If you've replaced one yourself, you'll understand why the book time makes the cost go up.

it could be a bad fuel pump, id get a pressure gauge with a long fitting so you can see it while driving, if it drops pressure then stalls you found the problem.

the pressure should not drop under 40 psi.
