Thread: Wiper issue '04 CompG

I hit the wipers this morning and they are barely moving. They are so slow that they skip across the windshield and don't seem to have enough "oomph" to get home without help. Am I looking at a motor, trans, linkage? Anyone have any ideas? I don't think this is the issue where the tab isn't catching because that doesn't explain the slowness. Thanks!
