Ok lately I have been experiencing a sort of grinding noise when driving slowly. When I removed my wheels and turned the wheels as if they were in motion both fronts moved kinda hard. It's like something was holding the wheels and it was kinda difficult to turn the wheels. Also while investigating I saw that my drivers side axle boot was torn and had no grease In it smh. Could this be the issue? Thanks guy's

Good point. Let the search begin. I'm thinking maybe a bad hub.

A hub will exhibit noises at speed usually. Can go away when you turn one way or the other. Brakes will often be when you aren't pushing on them.... CV usually clicks and doesn't grind.

Rotors are shot. So I'm thinking the brakes are catching the rotors while driving.

How bad are the rotors? You could always spend $10 each at Oreileys and have them cut.
