Wow!!!! Life sucks!!! I just found out my 2004 gp gt needs a ne body module. So they said that it wood cost me close to $700 to repair. So if anybody has a new one of those just sitting around let me know lol.

What Impala owners usually do (since we have flaky BCMs) is buy one, drive to the dealer's lot, change it in the parking lot, and have them come out to program it. Only costs $90 plus cost of the part then. You can't use a used BCM (if it's like ours) because they're one time program only. Once used in a particular car they can't be switched (since the VIN is stored, among vehicle features and options).
