About 2 days ago my passenger rear window somehow would not roll up after I had it down. So I had to use my hands and slide it up to close it. It rolls down fine but will not go up unless I manually do it. What would this be exactly?

    Window motor.

Or it's off track, or the cable is borked.

You'll have to take the door panel off and figure it out.
