Which one? I was considering putting in a summit glass pack to help quiet the drone. Would the longer case be my best bet? Or will the shorter case do just as much for a little cheaper?

I just bought a Moroso Spiral Flow race muffler to help with the drone. I have read a lot from a lot of people that these mufflers work very, very well. I haven't installed it yet, so can't help you much. Just throwing this out there.
The local muffler shop (Hogan Muffler aka Hogan Performance who makes downpipes for our cars) says any will work but he turns them around so the fins in them will not catch and cause extra back pressure. He claims it works like a charm for resonance issues.
The only problem I have with regular glass packs is that over time the fiberglass packing in them will burn out, making your car sound worse than it did in the first place. If you don't plan on driving much, or plan on replacing it every couple years, that is fine. But the amount of miles I put on my car, I want something that is going to sound good and last awhile.
Not on a GP but om my LS1 Trans Am. I had a flowmaster muffler in the stock cat-back and the drone was killing my wife. I threw in a dynomax bullet in the I-pipe and it worked great. I would think it would hel on a GP's exhaust. I have dumed exhaust on my T/A now and she will not even ride in it. LOL Her loss.
