So I finished a set of retros last week and have been driving with them since. Every little bump I go over or anything that shakes the car a bit I can see the cutoff on the lights moving with the bumps. Do i need to do an anti-bounce mod like with the spyders or is this normal and I'm just not used to seeing it because I've never had projectors like this before? The brackets on the lights are aftermarket so they're not as sturdy as stock. Plus the extra weight in the housings from the projectors I'm thinking is causing them to shake a bit more. Any help on this would be appreciated. If it's normal I'll get used to it but if it sounds like it's bouncing to much then I'd like to do something about it.

They shouldn't be bouncing at all. I would make some type of anti bounce to minimize the movement and maybe find a set of the stock brackets and use those since they seem to be made of better quality then the aftermarket.

If the cut off line bounces a few times AFTER you hit the bump, then that could be fixed.

But otherwise that line is going to follow the body of the car, if the car dips, the line will too. If you hit a bump, the line will go up and then back down.

Thanks guys. I guess I should've worded my question better but you answered it perfectly for me. The lights I think are following the body of the car over bumps but once the bumps stop so does the movement. I guess I'm just not used to seeing so much movement though and will just have to deal with it. The roads I drive on are so ****ty though that it seems like they're always moving.

Yea FiveFinger gave a better explanation. If that's the only time your seeing it bounce your fine. After all Grand Prix aren't the smoothest riding cars on the road lol.

haha ya that's for sure. I can see every little crack/ bump/ dip you name it in the road when I'm driving with these. good to know though that they're alright and I don't have to fix them like spyders.
