04 gtp. So I pull it out of the garage to do some work, maybe an hour later I go to pull it back in. Turn the key, here one click and then nothing. Don't have power to anything. I try to jump it, figuring battery is dead. Try to start the car and hear rapid clicking (starter solenoid?) but it won't turn over. I pull the code and its P0650. Could this just be a dead battery?

Could be, put a DMM on the battery and check voltage. Then crank it, it might just drop to nothing or it's already at almost nothing.
