Sometime down the road I may get headers, rockers, and a 3.6 on it, and will just send the pcm back to Will for a retune, but for now, I have better ways to blow $1000..

At this point, I dont plan on having much done as far as mods.. No headers, rockers, and still on stock 3.8 pulley.. Only "mods" I have now are AL 605s, TG shift kit, 180 stat, and a cone filter off the MAF on the stock rubber tubing for an intake.. Will there be much improvement , if any with getting the PCM? I dont expect much, Just the basic, quicker shifts, deleting of some codes, 180* fan turn on, and higher shift points.. Is that where it ends, or are there any noticeable differences?

A tune is where everything is pulled together...besides a pulley drop and headers...it's probably the most noticeable difference on these cars, especially for temps/trans settings.

    haha,

thanks man, I know a real street/dyno tune off hptuners would obviously be best, so thats why I didnt know if there was going to be much difference on a canned tune ( even tho Will seems to have the best, its still a base tune ) , especially considering Im gonna be on stock pulley for a while..

Money is a little tight now, as I just got the GF a car, so we will see how things play out in the future, but for now it seems like the PCM is a good start.. Is there anything else I should tell WIll in the email/order? anything else that should be tuned out, or changed?
