Thread: Alarm problems

My factory alarm has been randomly going off. I disabled the alarm on the DIC (via the preference menu) Any ideas what could make it still go off? I do have an aftermarket radio in the car and the onstar and door chimes do not work but i don't see how it could be related the systems been installed for about a year.
