I tossed on the north* TB and I have the bracket and everything working mint. The throttle cable doesn't sit in the north* perfectly but it's "snug" now the pedal feel is "sloppy" and I can only get 69% throttle at "WOT" anyone have any similar problems? Anyone have any solutions or ideas?

    Ok.

Cable being snug.. using a 1/4" drill, drill the hole where the old cable sat, this will open it side to side and allow you to work your cylindrical cable end into that new 1/4" hole side to side with a small screwdriver. This will relieve the tension.

Lower left silver round piece is the side of the cylinder on the throttle cable.

69, well your throttle is clearly having fun, isn't it? Move the throttle with your hand then bend the bracket it's catching on a little bit. That'll allow you to open it 100%. And referring to the above picture, the thingee on the side that the cables are hooked to is likely catching the bottom of the bracket.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

I installed the N* on my car and as far as throttle opening up, mine goes all the way open so can't help there. As far as the "sloppy" feeling you are having I assume it's the feeling of the pedal free moving?? I know that I don't have to give the car hardly any throttle at all and it cruises 65-70 at like 1/8 - 1/4 throttle... LOL It kills my shin. I thought about adding a throttle spring to the bottom the the linkage to add more tension and resistance so I'm not working so hard keeping my foot up. If I relax, my foot drops to the floor...

Also I had to hookup the throttle cable before I installed the throttle body on the car. It was a PITA trying to get it seated correctly with the N* mounted...

Alright I bent the bracket it was just nicking it... Not sure how I missed that. But then it only opens 99 percent. The "thingy actually hits the TB itself not allowing it to open all the way. Look like I'm getting out the grinder.

If you don't mind me asking, what is your TPS showing at idle? Mine is reving high at idle and my Aeroforce shows 4-6% at idle.. I appreciate it!!!

Yup.. and on that 99% vs 100%, it's not a huge deal, but check the tps aka the sensor.

Fixed it. It was my fault, when I was checking my 5V circuits I stabbed the volt meter prong to far into the adapter plug and flared it out enough where it was not making good connection when I hooked it back up. I removed the female "pin" out of the adapter and fixed the piece of metal that is bent down.. Hooked it back up, all is well and my idle is right where it's suppose to be!!!

Now to work on the ease of the pedal movement like Clark!! LOL I think I'll add another throttle spring to it like with carbed motors.. See if that helps.
