hey y'all ---- I've got the subframe dropped to replace the rack and want to put in the new rear bushings I have. I guess I don't see how to get the old crunchy ones off and get the new ones in. Do I have to chisel the old ones out and will the bolt draw the new ones together. I see something about lube on the new ones going in --- would that be something like lith grease, and where do you apply it?

hope that makes sense --- lol

    thanks.
