Just tore apart the Gen V that I bought in the fall not too thrilled with it. Case and rotor edges are gouged pretty bad down by the silencer ports. Rotors looked great through the supercharger outlet and I'd didn't pay enough attention when I bought it. How bad is it? Will it still work decent? Just milled my gen 3 intercooler and l32 LIM this morning to work with this setup so idk wtf to do with it.

Notice the speckles of grey RTV on the inlet dome. I'm pretty sure it injested some RTV somehow.

To me, I don't see anything that would be a huge problem, both of the blowers that I've had on my car had marks all up the inside of the case.

Here are the rotors, I don't have a picture of the insides.

I think it is worse than it it looks in the pics, I was picking bits of aluminum out of the edges of the rotors. I sanded the case with 240 grit to try and knock the high spots down on the gouges but I don't have any way to measure the clearance and idk how critical the case/rotor clearance is to efficiency. If it only makes 10psi on my 2.7 or something I'm going to be ticked. My gen3 already only makes 9.5psi on the 3.1 pulley.

There is a little more wear than some, it's reasonable though.
